To ensure all of your goods get from point A to point B, we work together with you on an inventory list as it goes on the truck. All of your goods get labeled with a lot number and color that pertains only to you. Once all the goods are loaded, you sign the inventory sheet and keep a copy. At the time of delivery we use the same sheet to unload. Simple and smooth! In addition, a lot of our trucks have dividers to ensure there are no confusions.

    The guys that came to pick up our furniture were 2 hours late and I got 3 different excuses as to why they were late. My husband moved his whole day around to be here when they said they would be here. Then I called because they said the total would be adjusted because we eliminated 3 large items. A 3 seater couch, a triple dresser a heavy wood desk and a kitchen table. I got some phone rep who would not transfer me to her supervisor and she just kept coming back to the phone telling me the amount would not be adjusted and had no reason.
    she assured me a supervisor would call me later that day. No one ever called. Then when the movers go to my daughters residence 2 weeks later they again were 2 hours late and the barely english speaking man on the phone just kept telling me it would be ok, calm down. Then when he got there the movers who had picked up the furniture had apparently left 4 clamps behind here in Ohio and my daughters bed could not be assembled in California. Of course the company was closed at this time and I could not get ahold of anyone while the (one lone mover) was at my daughters residence. He would not give me the number he had to contact the company and told me he would contact them and it would be ok, just be patient. He did not make it right, my daughters bed did not get assembled and I am yet to hear from this company to make it right. They are very professional on the front end, but after they have your money all bets are off. We are reporting them to the better business bureau and we are disputing our initial credit card payment. We did not get the service we were promised. Do NOT do business with this company.

    An absolute fraud. They r after money but r not professional movers. They dissembled, needlessly, much of my property; addressed my protest with, “they’ll reassemble it when u get there.” Once there i was told, “we don’t reassemble.’ They always say that.”
    Also, they lost/stole much of my property-hand gun, clothing, books, pictures, family items inherited/gifted some expensive items forever gone.
    They want u to file a reimbursement “claim.” I call it a game where they hire non-english speaking muscle to lift/haul the goods but have neither+ skills nor regard for property. Its a fake moving operation.
    They destroyed my stuff and quite distressed at the realization; called/emailed them about it without ever an apology, discussion, explanation.
    I owe $4K to Chase for the move but the abuse of my goods and sullen indifference is provoking me to pay when they reassemble my stuff, or go wack em. Yeah, Chase is an enabler and will kick my ass around for them, lien my house, whatever, but I become angrier every day that I think about this trash victimizing me AND i gotta pay for it.

    I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my things delivered to me. Every time I talked to someone about when the delivery was happening, they pushed it back another couple days. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. They would never call me back after I asked them too. They yelled at me and told me that I was “just going to have to deal with it”. They were so rude and disrespectful to me as a PAYING CUSTOMER! All I wanted were my things so that I could sleep in a bed instead of the floor. I have never worked with a more terrible moving company. I have moved all over the world and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked with.
